In principle, no personal data (for example. name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) is collected from you via the website. The exception is when you provide the data to us voluntarily, for example when placing orders or inquiries or if you wish to receive our newsletter.

2.1.4 Deletion of data

If there are no legal storage obligations or other circumstances, the data will be automatically deleted at the latest 6 months after the earmarking has ceased.
Applicant data: We store them also longer than 6 months in case an applicant has explicitly agreed to longer storage.

2.2 Cookies

2.4 Contact requests

In order to use the contact form, we require a valid e-mail address, at least your surname and first name (mandatory fields). The remaining information is voluntary on your part. It will be deleted no later than 6 months after contacting or clarifying the request, unless there are any further or subsequent agreements. You can object to this data collection, processing and storage at any time.

2.5 Newsletter

To register for our newsletters we need your valid e-mail address. To make sure that you actually want to receive information from us, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to activate the newsletter service.
You have have the possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and to revoke your consent for the future. Your data will then be deleted from the database. To do this please click on the corresponding button in the newsletter sent to you.

2.5 Downloading documents

Our publications are always available to you free of charge. To be able to download them, you must enter the following information in an appropriate field:

For marketing purposes, this data are collected by us for contacting you. You can also object to this data collection, processing and storage at any time. The information will be deleted from the database after 6 months at the latest without any subsequent activities.
